PURPOSE: A system for conditional transaction inter-businessman through network and a method for the same are provided to exchange sales commodities stably and actively by making a conditional mutual exchange contract inter-businessman through a network. CONSTITUTION: An offerings database(132) records a variety of offering information which include sales information of sales commodity and purchase information of purchase commodity. A bid process unit(143) notifies a bid from a terminal of an expected seller to a terminal of an expected buyer. A transaction process unit(144) makes a conditional commodity contract between the expected seller and the expected buyer in case of a successful bid.
