PURPOSE: An apparatus for cutting out a mudfish is provided to promptly and accurately cut out the long mudfish in a length direction by accurately guiding each of mudfishes which has a different thickness and is severely rolling from side to side toward the blade of a knife in a straight line. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus comprises two belts(4) which are installed in a length direction on the upper surface of a table(1) so that the belts are reversely rotated by pairs of driving pulleys(2) and driven pulleys, wherein a cushion rubber is adhered to all over the outer circumferential surface of the belts; a mudfish injection barrel(5) which is inclined downwardly in front of an opening between the belts of both sides, wherein the mudfish injection barrel(5) guides the mudfish into the opening between the belts(4) of both sides; an escape preventing element having a certain length which is installed at the upper part of the mudfish outlet side of the mudfish injection barrel(5) and the upper part of an opening between the belts(4) at both sides so as to prevent the escape of the mudfish; a rotating blade(8) which is installed between the belts(4) at both sides of the mudfish inlet and outlet sides with spaced apart from the upper surface of the table(1) in a certain gap, wherein the rotating blade is rotated by a motor(9); driving pulley axes of the driving pulleys at both sides each of which are installed at driving gears that are in gear with each other after downwardly penetrating the table; and a driven sprocket installed at the one of the driving pulley axes, wherein power is transferred to the driven sprocket through a chain from a driving sprocket of a driving motor.
