摘要 PURPOSE: A VOC(Voice Of Customer) advertising method using the internet is provided to increase the effect of an advertisement familiar with customers by receiving and analyzing VOC data in the form of questions about a product to be advertised through the internet. CONSTITUTION: An advertisement is received. The VOC questions relevant to the advertisement are inputted(S1). Standard marks in the VOC questions are determined and inputted by question items(S2). Prize money of the advertisement of a product is determined and inputted(S3). The VOC advertisement determined through the internet is publicly announced to members(S4). The members' opinions on the VOC advertisement publicly announced through the internet are received. The members' opinions are analyzed through a client management system(S5). The result of the members' opinions is analyzed through the client management system(S6). Marks of the analyzed opinions are calculated by members through the client management system(S7). Prize money relevant to the marks, which the members get, is distributed to the members through the client management system(S8). The result of the distribution of prize money is publicly announced through the internet(S9).
