PURPOSE: A rotating handle for a washing brush is provided to maximize the convenience of washing by automatically washing the interior of a bottle with the washing brush is in the bottle. CONSTITUTION: The rotating handle, connected to a pole(2) of a washing brush(1) for washing a baby bottle and so on, comprises a body(10) formed with a screw thread on the one side thereof, a tubular member to be inserted into the body and formed with a spiral groove in the inner surface thereof, an expansion member(30) to be threaded in the tubular member, a cover(40) screwed to the screw thread formed on the body, and a spring fitted in the tubular member for elastically expanding the expansion member. The expansion member connected to the pole of washing brush is expanded/contracted in the tubular member to rotate the washing brush.
