PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic detaching device for a permanent magnet slinging tool for enhancing working efficiency, reducing handling labor and improving safety by automating the operation of a detaching lever 29 of the permanent magnet slinging tool. SOLUTION: 1. Two suspending rods 5 and 5' fixed by a guide plate 6 having a hollow cylindrical part at the center are mounted on a top plate 3 having a suspending rod insertion hole 1 at the center and suspending rod insertion holes 2 and 2' on the left and right sides. The rods 5 and 5' are mounted on a base 10 having permanent magnet slinging tool mounting holes 7 and 7' on a front face and a back face. 2. An upper part of a suspending rod 16 is loosely inserted into the suspending rod insertion hole 1 after an expanding/contracting repeater 19 with the suspending rod 16 connected with an upper part thereof is stored into a hollow cylindrical part of the guide plate 6. 3. In a cylindrical body 18 on a lower part of the expanding/contracting repeater 19, one of rods 23 and 23' is mounted at both ends of a loosely inserted bar 22, one of lever plates 24 and 24' is rotatably mounted on the other and the other of the lever plates 24 and 24' is welded on cams 26 and 26' of the permanent magnet slinging tool.
