PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize good air conditioning by preventing abrupt change of air conditioning control quantity in an air conditioning device for vehicle in which air conditioning control quantity is operated based on a memorized set temperature, that is derived from learning a crew set temperature relating with the surrounding condition. SOLUTION: A memorized set temperature used for operating an air conditioning control quantity is modified with the change of surrounding condition and when the difference of memorized set temperature prior to and post modificationΔTset is larger thanβ(namely, step S106 is 'NO'), corrected set temperatures are set up that are gradually changed starting from a temperature not far from an initially memorized set temperature to a temperature not far from the memorized set temperature post modification at the steps S106F, J and K. An air conditioning control quantity is operated based on a corrected set temperature.
