PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light load vibration damper having a low hardness, high energy-loss and low creep properties. SOLUTION: The damper comprises a polyalkylene graft (di-substituted type ethylene-alkylmaleimide copolymer) (I) wherein a maleic acid modified crystalline polylkylene is grafted through an alkyldiamine onto a copolymer of ethylene with alkylmaleimide having R1 and R2 in a side chain (R1 and R2 may be the same or different each other, a 1-20C substituted or unsubstituted alkyl group or arly group), wherein a ring-closing reaction is occured by a dehydration reaction by heating after adding a 4-18C alkylamine to a copolymer of ethylene with maleic anhydride having R1 and R2 in a side chain (R1 and R2 are the same as the above) and an oil (II).
