PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a draining bag suppressing the generation of harmful gas such as dioxin in incineration. SOLUTION: By including an adsorbent having a BET specific surface area of 1 m2/g or more in the draining bag, harmful gas such as hydrogen chloride gas or dioxin originated from the hydrogen chloride gas is adsorbed to decrease its discharge amount to the atmosphere.
