PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently transmit collision energy applied to a door in the case of a side impact to a main body pillar without arranging any transmission member in a vehicle body side face structure having a hinge part for journalling the door in the main body pillar and ensure transmission of the collision energy from the door to the main body pillar so as to surely receive the door by means of the main body pillar in the case of the side impact. SOLUTION: A projection part 1A is arranged on the door 1 side so as to overlap the main body pillar (front pillar) 5. In the projection part 1A and the main body pillar 5, engagement projection parts 8a, 5b are arranged so as to be engaged with each other in the case of the side impact.
