PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce lifting load by a running block function of rope operating mechanisms 13. SOLUTION: This storing device is provided with lifting mechanisms 6, 7, 8 and 9 capable of lifting a storing platform 1 to a plurality of positions including a warehousing position. The lifting mechanisms 6, 7, 8 and 9 are provided with rope supporting members 12, the rope operating mechanisms 13 (a driving part, a rope guiding member 17 and a winding trunk 18) which are installed at the storing platform 1 liftable with respect to the rope supporting members 12 and liftable together with the storing platform 1, and suspending ropes 14 hung on the rope supporting members 12. Of both end parts 14a and 14b of the suspending ropes 14, one end part 14a side is supported on the winding drum 18 and the other end part 14b side is supported on a connecting part 19 of the storing platform 1. By delivering the suspending ropes 14 by the winding drum 18, as the rope operating mechanisms 13 approach the rope supporting members 12, the connecting part 19 of the storing platform 1 approaches and as the rope operating mechanisms 13 are separated from the rope supporting members 12, the connecting part 19 of the storing platform 1 is separated.
