PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To incorporate an oil and fat component removing apparatus in a washing stand put on the market under the name of a washing stand with a washing tub, a kitchen table with a sink or a Chinese kitchen range with a sink not only to prevent an oil and fat component contained in washing water from flowing downward but also to effectively put the recovered oil and fat component to practical use as recycled resources. SOLUTION: The oil and fat component removing apparatus is constituted of an oil skimmer for pumping up the oil and fat component accumulated on the upper surface of a separation tank, an oil tank for storing oil and fat collected by the oil skimmer, or the like. A peel plate is provided between the oil tank and the oil skimmer and oil and fat peeled from the oil skimmer are guided to the oil tank through the peel plate, and a heater for heating the water containing the oil and fat component in the separation tank is provided independently of the separation tank and a heating chamber is filled with water and the water containing the oil and fat component in the separation tank is heated through heated water.
