PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for pulverizing an oily phosphazene compound easily without purification. SOLUTION: This method comprises the steps of kneading an oily phosphazene compound having melting point of 18 deg.C or higher at a temperature lower than the melting point of the phosphazene compound by 5 deg.C or more and capable of keeping the oily state, cooling to solidify the kneaded oily material without applying shear stress, and pulverizing the solidified material.
