PURPOSE: A portable wireless phone having an improved ringing device is provided to convert an output signal into an analog signal making a pleasant sound for a user, and to generate a music sound based on the output signal, thereby generating a more pleasant sound for the user. CONSTITUTION: An IU(Input Unit) supplies a digital input signal(in). A DL(Delay Line) receives N digital input signal samples at first (N depends on basic frequencies of sound signals), and stores data values related to the samples, then delays the data values. An AU(Arithmetic Unit) couples the two delayed data values to form transformed data values, and stores the transformed data values in the DL again, then forms an output signal(s) by the transformed data values delayed by N. An OU(Output Unit) generates the sound signals based on the output signal(s).
