PURPOSE: To make automatically selectable the language or transaction condition of a GUI corresponding to a user. CONSTITUTION: A sales server 10 provides services such as commodity sales and commodity auction through the internet 20 to web clients 30 and 40 of a large number of users. The sales server 10 holes language codes showing the desired languages of all the users and descriptions in the various languages on various items comprising various WWW pages. Further, the sales server 10 classifies the users into plural groups and holds the transaction conditions customized for every group. When a certain user logs in, the sales server 10 confirms the language code of that user and the transaction condition of the group of the user and dynamically prepares the WWW page of contents suited to the transaction condition of the group of the user by using the item description in the language of that language code, and the WWW page is transmitted to the web client of the user and displayed.
