PURPOSE: To provide an elastically extendible composite sheet having a non- elastic layer made of extendible fibers each having a small diameter on at least one surface of an elastic layer. CONSTITUTION: The non-elastic layer 2 connected to the elastic layer 3 of the composite sheet 1A is formed to contain thermoplastic synthetic fibers of at least 80 wt.% each having extendible fiber containing a lubricant of 0.1 to 5.0 wt.%.
