PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device capable of inexpensively performing the capability control of a compression in small size and energy saving in the control device of a refrigerating system. SOLUTION: A small-sized and inexpensive inverter is provided by operating it at an arbitrary frequency by the inverter 3 connecting an induction motor 7 having the two-phase stator coil of a main coil and an auxiliary coil to a voltage doubler rectifying circuit and four switching elements in a bridge, and the energy saving of the refrigerating system is contrived.
