PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make an IC card to be able to independently perform communication with another IC card. SOLUTION: The IC card is provided with a money information storage means in which balance information, money reception and payment information are stored, a communication means to independently perform the communication with another IC card, an input means to instruct input of the money reception, payment information, and a processing function and a control means to form a communicative state with another IC card via the communication means based on an instruction by the input means and to transmit to receive information regarding transfer of money with other IC card and to rewrite the contents of the money information storage means. |
