PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a noise filter being inserted into the way of a signal cable connecting an electronic apparatus, e.g. a personal computer, with a peripheral in order to suppress noise radiated from the signal cable. SOLUTION: An electromagnetic wave absorbing sheet 1 produced by dispersing powder of a soft magnetic substance into a matrix of rubber or plastic is provided with through holes. A filter board 2, produced by forming a filter pattern on one flexible board having one surface provided with a layer 21 of conductive substance, is stuck to the surface of the electromagnetic wave absorbing sheet 1 and a Gnd board 3, produced by forming a Gnd pattern on another flexible board, is stuck to the rear surface of the electromagnetic wave absorbing sheet. A connector 4 provided with signal pins 41 and Gnd pins 42 is inserted into the through holes 11 of the electromagnetic wave absorbing sheet 1. An equivalent circuit of filter is formed between filter pattern/ electromagnetic wave absorbing sheet/Gnd pattern.
