PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of the conventional communication system that a device having no transition request right can only make data communication in a shake-hand state in the case of building up a network system using an existing communication protocol, in which the transition request right to a bind state is not given to all devices and connecting the existing protocol to other communication protocol. SOLUTION: A text receiving buffer 5 is provided to a communication terminal 2a, having no bind start right that periodically requests transition to the bind state to a communication opposite party in a timing other than that of normal data transmission, and a specified interval communication start function is provided to a communication terminal 2b having a shake-hand start right. |
