PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a TDM demodulation controller which can obtain all latest program property information while reproducing a desired audio signal. SOLUTION: In a first and a second TDM demodulation parts which demodulate program property information of one program included in one BC data and a digital audio signal from a TDM bit stream composed of a plurality of the BC data including one or more programs and multiplexed, and in a TDM demodulation controller which decodes a digital audio signal, a control part performs demodulation indication sequentially and extracts the program property information on all the programs to record in a data recording means to the second TDM demodulation part. By user's program selection, the digital audio signal of the program on the basis of the program property information recorded in the data recording means is demodulated in the first TDM demodulation part to decode in an audio decoding part.
