WINDING METHOD FOR STATOR COIL IN ROTATING ELECTRIC MACHINE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a way for easily winding a stator coil in good order to a cylindrical stator core at the inner radius of which a slot is formed. SOLUTION: The stator coil 2 made of an elastic material is formed in advance in a state of being wound to the stator core 1, the formed coil is stretched to an axial direction and elastically deformed in a spiral shape having a diameter smaller than an inside diameter of the stator core 1, and then the elastically deformed coil is inserted into the inner radius of the stator core 1 to be elastically recovered in sequence so that the stator coil 2 can be housed in the slot 3.
