PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to adjust the attitude of an electronic device, which can change its attitude, in its simple constitution. SOLUTION: An electronic device is provided with a device body 21A having a housing part 30A for housing a dry cell and the like, and a cover member 22A which is detachably mounted on this device body 21A to cover the housing part 30A in the state mounted to the device body 21A. A leg 23A for supporting the device body 21A is provided on the member 22A. At the same time, the member 22A can be mounted on the device body 21A in more than two of attitudes, and the attitude of the device body 21A can be changed by changing the mounting attitude of the member 22A to the device body 21A.
