<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pulse laser oscillating device where the pulse width of an oscillating laser light beam is shortened and the pulse laser light beam of high peak power can be oscillated. SOLUTION: A Q switch element 5 and a cavity damp element 10 formed of electro-optic crystal are arranged between resonators constituted of two high reflection factor mirrors 3 and 14, and a 1/4λvoltage is applied to the Q switch element 5. Thus, it is functioned as a 1/4λboard and Q switch oscillation is performed. When the light intensity becomes maximum, the 1/4λvoltage is applied to the cavity damp element 10 and it is functioned as the 1/4λboard so as to perform cavity damping. The pulse laser light beam of a high peak level can be obtained by taking out the laser beam in a cavity at a stretch to an outer part through a polarizing beam splitter 11.</p> |
