PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid an overcurrent which is applied to an inverter by the control failure of the inverter which is caused by aging change of a capacitance of a capacitor for smoothing an output of a solar battery in a linking apparatus. SOLUTION: When a maximum power following control unit 20a controls an inverter by a climbing method, changes of a current IC and a voltage VDC of a capacitor 6 are also detected, and the capacitance of the capacitor 6 is identified in accordance with an identification algorithm while the values of the current IC and the voltage VDC are used in a capacitance calculation unit 201. A command value i* is calculated by a command value generating unit 202 in accordance with power characteristics while referring to the change of the identified capacitance of the capacitor 6. A gate signal VG1 is generated by a PWM pulse generating unit 203 in accordance with the command value i*, and a gate signal vG2 obtained by amplifying the signal vG1 by an amplifier 21 controls respective switching devices in the inverter 10. |
