PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate multiple media data coded stream which includes high resolution video by realizing the video coding and the sound coding of low resolution and the multiplexing of a plurality of pieces of media data with a single module and combining a plurality of sets of a parallel processing control circuit and the module. SOLUTION: Four media data coding multiplexers 1 to 4 are connected, a video signal 100 having a large amount of information is subjected to parallel processing in the multiplexers 1 to 4, the other data of a sound signal 240 and a data signal 340 are processed by the multiplexer 4, and in the multiplexing part 44 of the multiplexer 4, one output multiple stream 149 is ultimately constructed, by combining the media data with output multiple streams 119, 129 and 139 outputted from the other multiplexers 1 to 3. |
