METHOD FOR RECOGNIZING SPECIAL SERVICE CHANNEL WITH HOOKING DURING SPEECH IN AUTOMATIC DIALER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method by which an automatic dialer externally mounted on a phone can correctly recognize a special service channel having hooking during a speech such as a catch phone channel. SOLUTION: In the first invention, an on-hook detection time (0.3 sec-1.5 sec) is registered in a storage circuit 21. A control circuit 20 recognizes a line to be a special service line when hooking exists during a speech for each call and the time of the hooking is within a prescribed hook-on detection time range and a DR detection circuit 25 detects no DT. In the second invention, a line open time (0.8 sec or 1 sec) is registered in the storage circuit 21. The control circuit 20 starts an automatic learning program in advance and recognizes it to be the special service line when the line is temporarily open for the line open time in a line closing state and then closed again and the DT detection circuit 25 detects no DT.
