PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a service which eliminates the trouble to request a transportation means by telephone reservation and is useful to a user who is unable to freely use telephone. SOLUTION: A service request is sent from a user terminal 11 and then the service contents of a taxi company are downloaded from a homepage provider server 14 to the user terminal 11; and the user confirms the service contents and sends desired order contents from the user terminal 11 to the homepage provider server 14, and then the order contents are sent to a taxi company server 12 as well, so that the taxi company provides the service based upon the order contents. |
