PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly efficient small-sized and lightweight antenna integrated microwave/millimeter wave module. SOLUTION: A microwave/millimeter wave circuit is formed in a semiconductor chip 8. The multi-layer printed circuit board(PCB) 1 is composed of 1st dielectric PCB 1a, 2nd dielectric PCB 1b and 3rd dielectric PCB 1c. The high frequency circuit wiring 2 is formed on the 1st dielectric PCB 1a to mount a chip 8. A slot hole 4 is formed on one side and the antenna feeder line 5 is formed on the 2nd dielectric PCB 1b. Plural slot holes 10 radiating electromagnetic wave are formed on the 3rd dielectric PCB 1c. The organic PCB 7 is attached to the multi-layer PCB 1 with the adhesive layer 11.
