PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a low cost multimedia card having a single chip with better product quality by enhancing the yield. SOLUTION: A wire frame molded by bending a pin of a designed and molded wire frame is transported to a molding machine, molded so as to be integrated with card materials to form a template of a thin card. A space to embed a chip is prepared in the card and the card is brought into contact with the wire frame via the space. When a required wire is connected with the chip, gold or aluminum wire is adopted. The chip is sealed so as to be integrated with the card by packaging materials. The card is made into a product by printing characters, designs on its surface. |
