<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To speedily give a suitable answer to the inquiry of a house specification from the purchaser of a house. SOLUTION: By the method for transmitting house specification information through a network such as the Internet between the supplier of the house and the purchaser of the house, a specified purchaser code is determined for each of plural purchasers and concerning each of plural specification articles provided in the house of each of purchasers, a specification code related to the specification article is stored in a specification database together with the purchaser code. On the network, the home page of the supplier is opened and on this home page, a receiving page is prepared for entering the inquiry related to the specification articles from the purchaser. Then, inquiry contents entered on the receiving page and the purchaser code of the purchaser, who performs the inquiry, are read and the specification article related to the inquiry contents is specified while referring to the specification database. Corresponding to the specified specification article, an answer to the inquiry contents is prepared and this answer is distributed to the purchaser.</p> |
