HYBRID MAGNET

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hybrid magnet which can be improved in energy efficiency. SOLUTION: This hybrid magnet is provided with a permanent magnet 11 having magnetic poles at both end faces in a prescribed direction 10 and an electromagnet 12 magnetically connected between the end faces of the magnet 11. The magnet 11 has an axis of easy magnetization in a direction of crossing the direction 10 on at least the end faces. It is preferable to make the magnet 11 have the axis of easy magnetization along a curve between the end faces.
