PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voice conversion system which enables even an aged person who is hard of hearing to hear voice easily. SOLUTION: The aged person, who is hard of hearing depresses a voice conversion button 13 if the voice from a speaker SP1 is hard to hear, and a voice conversion button detection part 14 detects that and transmits information showing that the conversion button 13 has been pressed to a voice conversion control part 15. Switches SW1 and SW2 are closed to X sides in the figure and a voice quality conversion part 16 converts the frequency band of the voice signal outputted from a voice synthesis part 12 into the audio frequency band of the aged person, so that even the aged hard of hearing person can easily hear the voice, without having to increase the voice level. |
