PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photo sensor array that reduces delay of a signal and compensates for signal transmission in a broken wire of a wiring layer to enable a satisfactory driving, and a two-dimensional image reading apparatus. SOLUTION: The photo sensor array has a plurality of double gate type photo sensors 10 comprising source that prescribes channel length and channel width of channel area 11 formed on a semiconductor layer, drain electrodes 12, 13, a top gate electrode 21 that is provided above the semiconductor layer 11, and a bottom gate electrode 22 that is provided below the semiconductor layer 11, wherein a top gate line that interconnects the top gate electrode 21 of the plurality of double gate type photo sensors 10 being formed branching in a plurality of wiring layers (101a, 101b) so that they increase the cross-sectional area of the wire.
