PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piezoelectric vibrator whose oscillation frequency is controlled before and after the reflow by machining the pattern of the electrode film. SOLUTION: For a piezoelectric vibrator in which the mount pad (14) of a piezoelectric diaphragm (12) and its support plug (10) of the inner lead (11) is soldered by melting the plated solder on the inner lead (11), the change of oscillator frequency before and after the reflow can be controlled by forming a groove by partial exfoliation of surface metal film (21) of lead (12) or lead (16) and main electrode (18) and side electrode (19) in order to prevent spread of plated solder on leads (16) on th surface of piezoelectric diaphragm (12) and main electrode (18) and side electrode (19).
