PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mediation system for commercial transaction, with which a user requesting the provision of an article or the like can speedily find out a store matched to the request and further can purchase that article or the like at cost lower than usual. SOLUTION: A store is guided from a mediation system 10 to a navigation system 20 of the user and the certificate of the guide is issued. The user presents the certificate and performs a commercial transaction with a store 40 so that discount can be received. The mediation system 10 collects guide introduction charges from the store 40, which transacts with the user by means of the guide. All or one part of guide introduction charges is restored to the user and the user receives discount.
