PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metal-resin laminated film that is excellent in configuration follow-up due to contraction processing, deformation or the like, and also excellent in solvent-resistance, and to provide a sealed-type battery using the film as an outer package, that has improved reliability of an airtight function and high mass-energy density. SOLUTION: This metal-resin laminated film is made by laminating a fusion- adhesive resin layer 3, a metal-foil layer 2 and an exterior resin layer 4 in this order, and the exterior resin layer is made of polytrialkylene terephthalate resin. This metal-resin complex film is used as an outer package for a battery. |
