PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make lighting covers easily openable when forming surface lightings with multiple light covers by covering a plurality of light sources such as fluorescent lamps provided on a ceiling, a wall or the like. SOLUTION: A lighting cover 4 is formed with a frame having a large opening for passing light and a light diffusing part which forms a flat lighting face by covering the opening. The lighting cover 4 is held turnably with one side of the cover as an axis with respect to an object such as the ceiling. The other side of the cover is mounted connected to the object by means of a removable opening stopper. By the constitution, the light cover turns around the one side of the cover as the axis when the stopper is unfastened.
