<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sales proceeds allotting method which can allot sale proceeds at an allotment rate set under specific conditions while obtaining the scale advantage by reducing the operation risk of plural installed articles or buildings differing in operations rate with arrangement, convenience, layout, area, and capacity conditions and the credit risk of a leasee as to real estate and movable property expected to obtain rent and controlling the operation right without changing the name of the installed articles or building. SOLUTION: When rental mutiple dwelling house A to H of different owners which are different in use operation rate with arrangement, convenience, layout, area, and capacity conditions are managed together, the actual total sale proceeds of the eight apartments A to H are multiplied by the allotment rate set under specific conditions to allot the sale proceeds to the owners of the house A to H.</p> |
