SOLUTION: This repeater 20 receives channel data stream 100, obtained by multiplexing the data of a plurality of broadcast programs and transmits a complex data stream 300 obtained by making the sound data streams 201, 202, 203 and 204 of the plurality of broadcast programs complex with a transmitting and receiving part 26, and a receiver side receives and divides the stream 300, selects one sound data stream from among the streams 201, 202, 203 and 204 and outputs the sound data stream.
