PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate a VCXO in a DSB receiver. SOLUTION: A detection circuit 34 to detect size of offset of a direction of a time base of received digital audio data is arranged. When detection output of the detection circuit 34 shows that the size of the offset of the direction of the time base exceeds a specified value, in a break portion of two adjacent frames, the digital audio data received by insertion or deletion of data corresponding to the size of the offset are serialized in the direction of the time base.
