PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a burglar preventive gate that detects a radio wave disturbed between the gates by a wireless tag on goods to prevent from shoplifing installed at an entrance of a shop, and that dose not harm a fashion of a shop and does not malfunction. SOLUTION: Gates 1a and 1b are made of transparent acrylic plates which optical signals can transmit and at the lower end of the gate 1a for transmitting, there is an optical signal transmitter and at the lower end of the gate 1b for receiving, there is an optical signal receiver. At the gate 1a for transmitting and the gate 1b for receiving, a notch 6 is formed and there is an inclined face 7 that optical signals refrect from the gate 1a for transmitting to the gate 1b for receiving.
