In the inventive austenic, steel the content of carbon ranges between 0.01 and 0.04 mas %, of chromium between 21.00 and 24.00 mass %, of silicium between 0.25 and 0.65 mass %, of manganese between 0.25 and 0.70 mass %, of nitrogen between 1.00 and 1.40 mas %. Everything else is iron.
