PURPOSE: A customized learning service system is provided to cause a user to perform an effective learning by analyzing an inclination and a level of the user. CONSTITUTION: A client PC(20) receives a question-learning information, which a web page of an online question-learning information service site and makes answers. The client PC(20) transmits the written answers to the online question-learning information service site. When the answer is wrong, the client PC(20) receives question-learning information, which belongs to the kind of the wrong answer. A question making server(30) provides a web page for a question-learning information service to the client PC(20). The question making server(30) compares the written answers from the client PC(20) with right answers and makes and transmits a marking result information to the client PC(20). When the answer is wrong, the question making server(30) provides a question-learning information, which belongs to the wrong answer to the client PC(20).
