PURPOSE: A method for transferring goods over the internet is disclosed to provide the lowest price and a maximal service to a goods master through a web site. CONSTITUTION: When transfer information is formed(S30), the formed transfer information is registered on a state board(S32). A shipping agent logs in by inputting identification and a password(S44). A bid for a next area is requested(S46) and is registered on the state board(S48). When a shipping agent which presents the lowest price is selected(S34), a goods master sanctions to contact with a finally bade shipping agent(S36). When the goods master does not the shipping agent, step S34 is repeated. When the shipping agent sanctions, the shipping agent looks at contents which are registered on the state board and confirms a bidding result(S50).
