A leg portions supporting wear which has flexibility and a tubular shape, is worn by being fitted to leg portions, covers knee joints, has a length at least extending upward and downward across knee joints, and has a stretchable portion comparatively strong in tightening force, wherein the stretchable portion substantially covers collateral ligaments on the inner sides of knee joints of the human body, and the tightening forces of the stretchable portion on the inner sides of knee joints are stronger than those of portions covering the outer sides of knee joints. The tubular leg portions supporting wear protects knees, stably retains knee joints, scarcely impairs a freedom of motion of knee joints, is comfortable to wear, prevents or reduces knee pains due to unstable knees, and is effective for preventing damages to inner-side collateral ligaments to be caused by sports.
