PURPOSE: A photo frame type humidifier is provided to achieve an improved efficiency of space utilization, while maintaining indoor humidity at a proper level. CONSTITUTION: A canvas(20) having a picture(20a) made onto the canvas is arranged in an internal space of a frame type body(10), and a water reservoir unit(15) is arranged at the lower end of the frame type body. The water reservoir unit has an underwater pump(30) installed within the water reservoir unit, wherein the underwater pump operates to allow the water contained in the water reservoir unit to flow from the upper end of the canvas through a connection pipe(31) and a drain pipe(32) and return to the water reservoir unit. The water naturally evaporates during circulation so as to humidify indoor area. The drain pipe having a cut portion formed at the lower end of the drain pipe, is arranged at the upper portion of the frame type body, and an auxiliary plate(40) is installed in a vertical direction at the front portion of the inner space of the frame type body. The canvas has an upper end inserted into the cut portion of the drain pipe in such a manner that the canvas contacts the front surface of the auxiliary plate.
