摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that colored glass bottles are difficult to be recycled as bottles and recycling of powdery glass having <=200 mesh is difficult though the colored bottles are recycled as pavement materials, wall materials, ornamental materials after crushing the bottles, and provide a lightweight and high-strength building material having insulation effectiveness by using wasted cast sand which collects dust in cast factories and is wasted as an industrial waste. SOLUTION: The lightweight recycled glass foam having a high strength by using wasted cast sand is produced by preparing a slurry prepared by adding wasted cast sand to an inorganic binder and mixing the mixture, adding the slurry to powdery glass having <=200 mesh out of powdery glass prepared by crushing and sieving glass bottles (especially colored glass bottles) which are general waste to obtain a mixture which is pressurized and molded and heated at 750-800 deg.C after drying.
