PURPOSE: A method for growing bean sprouts using wood vinegar is provided in which nonpolluting bean sprouts can be grown by removing foreign substance contained in water or bean and promoting growth of the bean using wood vinegar generated during the process of making charcoal by putting oak or conifer into a charcoal kiln. CONSTITUTION: In growing bean sprouts by supplying water periodically after putting seed of bean sprouts into water, thereby immersing the seed into water, the method for growing bean sprouts using wood vinegar is characterized in that the bean sprouts are grown by supplying water to the bean sprout cultivator at 2 hour intervals after mixing water with wood vinegar that is generated during the process of making charcoal within 15 days after putting oak or conifer into a charcoal kiln in a volume ratio of 1:1, and then putting seed of the bean sprouts into a bean sprout cultivator. |
