PURPOSE: A lower plate of a bearing support is provided to keep the height and horizontality of a bearing support with precision by adjusting the height of a bolt inserted into a bolt fitting part. CONSTITUTION: A lower plate of a bearing support includes: a support unit(101); bolt fitting parts(103) adhered to the support unit to make a regular triangle or an isosceles triangle without overlapping with anchor bolts(102) for connection with lower structure(105) of a bridge; and plural horizontal adjustable bolts(104) inserted into each bolt fitting part. The horizontality of a bearing support is adjusted by height adjustment of the bolts inserted into the bolt fitting parts. The bolt fitting part has adjustable diameter and length corresponding to the weight of a bearing support and spot conditions. The lower plate of a bearing support has the minimum three apexes forming a surface. A triangle is made by the three apexes. Thereby, the bolt fitting part is positioned in a triangular form having the minimum number of apexes. Therefore, the horizontality of a bearing support is adjusted by the minimum efforts. In addition, the horizontality adjustment is performed simply by a regular triangle or an isosceles triangle of the triangle.
