PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an interlayer membrane for a laminated glass excellent in heat-insulating property and magnetic wave permeability, good in haze and excellent in the adhesivity between glass and the interlayer membrane, penetration resistance, hock absorbing property, weather resistance and the like, and also provide a laminated glass produced by using the interlayer membrane. SOLUTION: An interlayer membrane for a laminated glass consisting of an adhesive resin in which tin-doped indium oxide and/or antimony-doped tin oxide is dispersed so that its average particle diameter is in the range of >0 and <=80 nm, and the density of tin-doped indium oxide particle or antimony- doped tin oxide particle having particle diameters of >=100 nm is of <=1 particle per every 1μm2; and a laminated glass produced by placing the interlayer membrane for a laminated glass between at least a pair of glass plates and being integrated. The laminated glass has a visible light transmissivity (Tv) of >=65% at a wave length of 380-780 nm, a solar radiation transmissivity (Ts) of <=80% of the visible light transmissivity (Tv) at 300-2,500 nm, a haze H of <=1.0% and a magnetic wave shielding performance (ΔdB) of <=10 dB at 10-2,000 MHZ.
